A virtual support group for moms navigating the emotional realities of motherhood
Motherhood asks so much of us.
Between caring for your children, managing a household, showing up for work and relationships, and trying not to lose yourself in all of it, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
This group is a shared space for moms who feel like they have to strike the perfect balance of showing up for their families and taking care of themselves in motherhood.
Everyone brings their own unique experience of motherhood. This group offers an opportunity to connect over our shared experiences. You’ll gain perspective from women in different stages of motherhood and grow in self-understanding together.
There's something uniquely comforting about sitting with other moms who understand the season you're in. Group offers the opportunity to feel less alone while learning from one another's experiences.
❋ Group StructureGroups are a safe space. Each individual is screened before joining the group, and everyone is encouraged to participate openly and honestly.
